Freitag ist der Tag, an dem alle Spirituosen- / Bier- / Wein- und Sektmarken der Welt ihre Community / Social Media / PR Manager einschalten. Denn es geht ja ins Wochenende und damit in die 48 Stunden Freiheit, Sex, Drugs und Rock’n’Roll.

COCKTAIL OF THE WEEK: Add touches of caramel and apple to your Ballantine’s 12 Year Old and make a Ballantine’s ‚The Richmond‘.

INGREDIENTS

50ML OF BALLANTINE’S 12 YEAR OLD

5ML OF APPLE HONEY

15ML OF LILLET BLANC

ICE

METHOD

Pour 50ml of Ballantine’s 12 Year Old into a stirring glass over ice.

Add 5ml of apple honey and 15ml of Lillet Blanc.

Stir 20 times and strain into a liqueur glass.

Apple Honey:

Evaporate the water of apple juice in a Buchi rotary vapour, to retain the flavour of apple. Similar results can be achieved by heating apple juice in a pan at a very low temperature so that you are left with a caramel consistency.

2 parts SVEDKA Colada

.75 part simple syrup

.75 part fresh lime juice or sour mix

1 kaffir lime leaf

Pour all ingredients in a shaker with ice. Shake and strain into a martini glass. Garnish with one kaffir leaf by clapping the leaf in your hands before placing in the glass.
